a. Construction services:

As a service provider, we support our customers with the CAD design of units, machines and complete systems. Using Autodesk Inventor or Catia V5, we create the feasibility studies and detailed designs necessary for concept creation. This also includes 3D simulations of robot applications with simulations of different concept approaches.

The goal is reachability analysis, cycle time determinations, collision checks, etc. for systems such as ABB (RobotStudio), KUKA (KUKA, SIM) and Yaskawa.

b. Programming robots, PLC and Visu:

Another focus of our services is the programming of robots with the development of control concepts and hardware planning, as well as the programming and commissioning of controls and industrial robots for automation technology.

Systems used include: Siemens, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Heidenhain

c. Demagnetising:

Depending on the task, the necessary demagnetisation of components and complete units is undertaken using a specialised continuous system by means of adjustable frequencies.

Components with a dimension of 3,000 mm x 900 mm x 850 mm (L x W x H) and a total weight of up to 2,000 kg can be demagnetised.

d. Heat treatment:

This heat treatment process requires experience and skill to make the workpieces more malleable and machinable in a process which takes several hours. Among other factors, the duration of the process (heating – maintaining the temperature – homogeneous cooling) depends heavily on the component dimensions. 

Components with dimensions of up to 5,200 mm x 2,800 mm x 1,800 mm (L x W x H), up to max. 750 degrees Celsius and a total weight of up to 16,000 kg can be annealed.

For components with dimensions of up to 3,100 mm x 1,000 mm x 1,300 mm (L x W x H), an electric furnace which reaches max. 1,000 degrees Celsius is available.
